www.caregivermn.org A comprehensive web site for caregivers of seniors featuring Care Page on topics critical to caregiver, confidential assistance from an online adviser, descriptions of publications and other resources, a bulletin board for caregiver sharing and support, and categorized links to other valuable web sites.  Specific tip sheets and information for Hmong and Spanish caregivers.  This site is a service of DARTS, which provides caregiver education and support in the community and the workplace.

www.mnaging.org The web site of the Minnesota Board on Aging.  Specific caregiver section.  General information and links to other sites.  Can also access Minnesotahelp.info for information.

www.caregiver.org — fact sheets and other information and publications of use to caregivers.  This site is from California and some of the information is specific to that area.

www.aarp.org — Life Answers provides brief articles on a variety of caregiver issues.

www.alzmndak.org — Site provides information on resources, educational offering, online resource library, web links in addition to other information related to Alzheimer’s.

www.eldercarepartners.org — calendar of events/support groups and educational trainings.  This site is a service of Elder care Partners, which provides caregiver support coaching and one-on-one education in the metro area.

www.tcaging.org — Metropolitan Area Agency on Aging website has two caregiver guides of use to caregivers:  Share the Care – A Family Caregiver Journal and Caring with Confidence – A self-Help Guide for Your Care giving Journey, that can be downloaded and copied.
