At the Love Grows Here Wellness Center, participants learn the importance of wellness as it pertains to mind, body and spirit, using alternative and traditional methods of pain and stress reduction.

Parkway Gardens Wellness Center

Parkway Gardens Wellness Center provides a safe and confidential place where seniors can learn to monitor their health and obtain advocacy, coaching and referrals when needed.

Project Awareness

Project Awareness provides senior healthcare and disease prevention education, and available resources and policy education. The goal is to educate the community, seniors, healthcare workers and politicians about healthcare issues and needs.

Project Destination

Project Destination provides seniors with transportation to and from doctors appointments, grocery stores and various recreational opportunities.

Wilson Hi Rise Wellness Center

Wilson Hi-Rise is our newest Clinic opened September 13, 2011

With funding assistance from Otto Bremer and partnerships with St.Paul Public Housing and the University of Minnesota we have brought wellness to 25 new Clients.
